Barbara Chepkoech reveals how she almost gave birth to her twins at the market.
Barbara Chepkoech, popularly known as Waridi, had the biggest baby bump ever seen on any celebrity in Kenya. The popular actress was pregnant with twins sometime in 2015. Waridi delivered her twins in November 2015 at an American hospital. The former Citizen TV anchor relocated to the US before she was knocked up.
Barbara says that she was into eating avocados during her pregnancy. She reveals that her water broke when she went to buy her favorite fruit at the market. The actress further states that American emergency response personnel paid for her avocado before they rushed her to the hospital to deliver her twins.
When my water broke, I was buying avocado. I was like, “We need to go, Mom.” I was like, “No, I need my avocado.” So they paid for it and took me to the hospital. I was freaking out. My dad was worried and Barjoh Soi too. Clementine, Irene, and Tiffany Brent rushed to the hospital, as did Emmanuel Hollins. I wanted to record the birth of my baby. The epidural was so painful I probably peed. I heard their cries and cried like a baby… twins were born… “written by Barbara Chepkoech.”
