After reproductive therapy, a lady gave birth to octuplets and says she despises her “ᴅɪsɢᴜsᴛɪɴɢ” children. Nadya Suleman, a single mother in the United States who relies on government assistance, also claimed that her six older children were animals. Her outburst will exacerbate long-held doubts about her capacity to care for her large family. The octuplets are now two years old, and the elder kids are all under the age of 10. All 14 children were ᴄᴏɴᴄᴇɪᴠᴇd through .I.V.F, and three of them are believed to be ᴅɪsᴀʙʟᴇᴅ. ‘I ᴅᴇsᴘɪsᴇ the infants,’ said Miss Suleman, 36, who lives in a run-down house in La Habra, California. Because I don’t have time to adequately discipline my older six, they’re becoming more and more out of control.’
Miss Suleman said that having a large family has turned into a nightmare for her. She claimed she was in such bad shape that she had considered sᴜɪᴄɪᴅᴇ. ‘I can only cope by locking myself in the toilet and crying.’ I’ve been known to sit on the toilet floor for hours and even eat my lunch there. ‘I’ll do anything to get some peace and quiet,’ she explained. ‘I can only deal by locking myself in the toilet and crying.’ I’ll sometimes sit there for hours, even eating my lunch on the toilet floor, just to get some peace and quiet. On certain days, I consider ᴋɪʟʟɪɴɢ myself. I’m at a loss for words. Obviously, I adore them, but I sincerely regret having them.’ Miss Suleman made international headlines in January 2009, when she gave birth to her eight children–two daughters and six sons–after ᴄᴏɴᴄᴇɪᴠɪɴɢ them via in vitro fᴇʀᴛɪʟɪᴢᴀᴛɪᴏɴ. Noah, Isaiah, Nariyah, Josiah, Jeremiah, Jonah, Maliyah, and Makai are just the second entire set of octuplets to be born alive in the United States, and the first set did not survive more than a week.
However, once it was revealed that Octomum had six additional small children, had no spouse, and was receiving welfare payments, public opinion quickly turned against her. She was even the target of a number of ᴀssᴀssɪɴᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴀᴛᴛᴇᴍᴘᴛs. Last year, she said, “I am doing everything I can to be a terrific mom.” ‘I just have one nanny now, so I can spend 100% of my time with my children.’ She is now in ᴅᴀɴɢᴇʀ of losing her house since she has fallen behind on her monthly mortgage payments. She has made some extra money through appearances on TV reality shows, leading to accusations that she is exploiting the children. Beverly Hills doctor Michael Kamrava committed severe negligence by performing “an excessive number of ᴇᴍʙʀʏᴏ transfers” on Miss Suleman, according to California state medical watchdogs.
